MONOVISC 4ML

Monovisc is a single injection viscosupplement suited for treatment of the joint pain caused by osteoarthritis. In cases of osteoarthritis, the amount of natural hyaluronan is reduced and the quality may be poorer than normal, which causes irritation and inflammation, pain and stiffness in the joints. Monovisc is a gel substance that consists of the maximum dose of HA (88mg). The product adds HA to the joint when injected, where it acts as a lubricant and pain reliever.

Monovisc is given in a shot (injection) directly into the knee joint.

The pack consists of:

• 1 Syringe x 4ml per pack

Composition of the product:

• Partially cross-linked sodium Hyaluronate (NaHA)
• 88 mg Hyaluronan
• 36 mg Sodium Chloride
