Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following major credit and debit cards:
We unfortunately do not accept PayPal.
Bank Transfers: Please contact us directly if you wish to pay via bank transfer. Please note that a handling fee will be added when paying via bank.
*Promotion codes can only be added to online orders at checkout.
When Will I Be Charged?
Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
Please note: Some credit card companies allocate the amount on your account as soon as you have placed the order. This appears as “Pending” on your statement, meaning the funds are reserved but not yet “withdrawn” by Rejuvex.
Payment Security
Our system recognizes whether your credit card is registered with 3-D security programs, such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.
These security systems ensure that both the registered cardholder and the online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of a 3-D Secure Program:
- A pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password.
- This window is linked directly to your bank.
- You must enter your SecureCode (a password you previously selected).
- Transactions can only be completed by entering the correct password.
Important: Once you have registered and created your private password with your card issuer, you will be prompted to provide this at checkout. This means that even if someone knows your debit card number, they will be unable to complete a purchase without your private password.
Please note: Your MasterCard® SecureCode password is separate from your Rejuvex account password. We do not have access to your SecureCode.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 29 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and banks. Please contact your bank if you need to speed up the process.
