Return Conditions
Rejuvex Derma Fillers accepts returns for any products within 8 working days of notification from receipt of the product, provided the reason falls under one of the following conditions:
- The product contains manufacturing defects.
- The product was damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong product was received.
How to Return
In the event that any of the above conditions apply, please contact us immediately via email. We will work to resolve the situation and arrange for the pickup of the goods for return.
Important: Until you have received return instructions from us, please ensure you hold the products according to the manufacturer’s specific temperature and storage conditions to maintain their integrity.
No returns will be accepted after 8 days.
Refunds & Replacements
In the case of returned goods, you will be offered either a replacement of the goods or a 100% refund of the products returned.
Processing Your Refund
- Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Timing: Please note that refunds can take up to 29 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and banks.
Please contact your bank directly if you need to speed up the process or verify the status of a pending refund.
