Shipping and Delivery
Rejuvex Derma Fillers maintains a large stock of the most popular aesthetic products in our warehouse. We are typically able to service and ship your order the very same day your account is approved. Please note that account approval may take a maximum of 3 working days.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 CET: Shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 CET: Shipped the following working day.
- Orders placed Friday after 12:00 CET: Shipped the following Monday.
Backorders
In the event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock, dispatch will usually be delayed by 3-6 working days unless you are informed otherwise.
Couriers, Tracking & Delivery Time
On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email containing a tracking number. This enables you to follow your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your destination.
Shipping Methods
- Standard International: Most orders are shipped via DHL Express. You will typically receive your consignment within 1-3 days from the day of shipping.
- Europe, Asia & Australia: For these regions, we may use EMS/Postal service. The delivery time is normally between 4-8 working days.
Important Note on Costs & Duties: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed for approval at checkout. As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying any local import duties or taxes applicable at the border of your country.
General Shipping Policies
- Product Expiry: Most products shipped by Rejuvex Derma Fillers will have a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life. If this is not the case, we will contact you before shipment.
- Payment Capture: We do not withdraw payment for any goods until the day the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
- Address Errors: Rejuvex Derma Fillers is not responsible for delivery errors where the address provided by the customer is incorrect or where the customer has made changes during transit.
- Pickups: It is not possible to pick up orders directly from our warehouse.
Lost Parcels & Delays
While unusual, international shipments can sometimes face delays. Typically, delivery takes 1-3 working days in the Americas and 4-8 working days in Europe/Asia.
The 60-Day Policy: The maximum delivery time established by customs regulations is sixty (60) working days. If a package is delayed or misses a scan, we will open a case with our forwarders. However, we cannot resend or refund a package until after this sixty (60) working day period has passed.
Customs & Seized Goods
It is the responsibility of the importer (the customer) to know the rules and regulations of their specific country regarding aesthetic products.
If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office to either have the package released or reject it so it can be returned to us.
Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the products. Please note: We only issue a refund if we physically receive the returned package. We do not take responsibility for, nor do we refund, goods that are seized and destroyed by customs.
